I knew Anna Nicole her whole life and I cannot believe you people want to still believe she gave her son drugs to kill him nor do I believe she killed herself I still think her family here in Texas took her life. In Texas if you have money or have the access to the right people then you are the one in the right. Please remember her daughter was awarded the sole heir of her estate and that does include her money from the Marshall Family

Had Anna still been around, she would have had DL around a ton of men, drugs, alcohol, and pill popping. She blessed her daughter in so many ways with her departure. 101. Even a simple remembrance story on TMZ turns bizarre when a photograph is used that is hardly flattering. Think of the untold thousands of stunning images that exist.

A wonderful addition to this story could have been adding that HKS's lawsuit for defamation against O'Q and his Law Firm was amicably settled just before ANS's birthday. Next up is Cosby, whose defamatory book trashed the memory of ANS and the living reputations of HKS, LB and DL. Her book gathered the public support of O'Q's people, Clark/Wilma (sources for most of the book), Opri's lap dog, Mark Speer (source for a few passages in the book), and ANS's own Mother.

As Cosby's day of reckoning approaches, her Lawyer, Elizabeth McNamara, is leaking to the Press. McNamara's new concept of acceptable human behavior is just the type of story TMZ loves. In the NY Daily News:

McNamara claims that's once a man is down, it's now perfectly fine to keep kicking him and piling on. She states in a letter to the Court that HKS was so ill-spoken of in the media, including blogs, that her Client or anyone else having said anything at all about him is OK. That is, he is 'libel proof'.

Imagine it; Cosby's source for most of her book was the team of Clark/Wilma. Wilma, the blogger, spread false and heinous lies about HKS (and all others who were important to ANS), accusing him of major crimes, sexual immorality and illegal drug use. Many bloggers picked up on these false statements and amplified them on TMZ and other blogs. Cosby gathers this libel from the internet for her book, and several other lies from a few choice reprobates, and claims that because it was already out there, she has no liability for having said it again as she wrote her book. This same concept has been espoused previously by O'Q and Speer.

Interestingly, this same twisted concept is not used by McCabe in his lawsuit for VA claiming a group including HKS and three TX bloggers defamed her; just the opposite, in fact. McCabe in his lawsuit states that no one should ever have spread true but unflattering stories about his client because she is a private and 'nice' person. Despite the overwhelming numbers of negative stories and blogs about VA, beginning shortly after Daniel died, McCabe claims VA is above any public discussion of her media appearances.

Well, it wasn't for lack of trying. VA marketed herself to all the tabloids and networks (including CBS) soon after Daniel died, selling photographs and giving magazine and TV interviews. She just wasn't as marketable as her daughter. O'Q elevated her to the global stage when he spoke for her and made her condemnation of ANS, and of all the closest people to her daughter, into a worldwide spectacle.

Now the O'Q Law Firm is suing the very media that VA and O'Q sought out because VA didn't receive the positive press they felt entitled to; shameless!

Do people understand that McCabe/VA have filed a lawsuit in State Court, in Harris County, TX (O'Q's 'home' turf) claiming that HKS, AH, TMZ, 3 TX bloggers etc. entered into a conspiracy to, and did, defame VA in order to prevent her from something she has no legal right to have; visitation with DL?

If anyone agrees with the notion that the world revolves around Houston, then this surely is a spectacle of stunning hubris and delusion on the part of VA and her legal team.

McCabe files his State lawsuit claiming he has proof that HKS directed TX bloggers, who were in cahoots with AH and TMZ, to publish defamatory stories about VA. Of course we know that anyone who deals with the Press in America can't control what the Press does with any story or what digging the media might do on its own. McCabe feels HKS should only have been portrayed as evil incarnate in the media, with VA strictly portrayed as a saint. Earth to McCabe - it didn't happen and no sane person would have thought it could have.

Anyway, back in August, McCabe demands docs from HKS that would provide the proof (which McCabe claims to already have) that he was in contact with the TX bloggers and that he and/or his sister were directing their activities. He asked for emails for years that HKS may have sent or received from himself (yes, himself), his Lawyers (believe it or not), his siblings, the TX bloggers and other named people or websites from the lawsuit. HKS files paperwork saying he doesn't have any emails from the bloggers (doesn't know them), points out how stupid it is to ask for emails to and from oneself and of course won't turn over any Attorney-Client docs. He goes on to say, if McCabe wants emails from the bloggers or TMZ or AH etc., he can simply contact each of their Attorneys and ask. HKS then and now is disputing jurisdiction, and the Court has not yet decided on this crucial matter (since he has no ties with TX).

Under the category of 'just how stupid is McCabe/VA', or, 'How stupid does McCabe/VA think all the rest of the world is', we have McCabe now asking that the Court compel HKS to produce the docs asked for in August that HKS has already said he doesn't have. And what is McCabe's reasoning? McCabe tells the Court that even if it appears now that the State Court has no jurisdiction over HKS, if HKS was only forced to incriminate himself with information McCabe alone imagines he has, then it would be clear to the Court that it does have jurisdiction. Only in TX, kids, only in TX.

• Wouldn't you think you would file a civil lawsuit alleging a harm done only if you had proof a harm was done?

It's clear to me that most VA bloggers have either never read the McCabe/VA lawsuit or understood it. Its preposterous nature and lack of substance is startling. Two now 'cooperating' but former co-conspirators 'against' VA (as McCabe calls them) somehow sparked interest in the VA legal team with their stories of who said what to them to their faces, and behind their backs, and who they thought they were 'working' for all along. Huh? Did McCabe ever ask them how they managed to sway Justice in The Bahamas? That's the only place VA asked for something she would never get anyway; custody or guardianship of DL.

Nope, McCabe feels that VA was wrongly denied in The Bahamas (and would have been in the USA if any such action was ever taken, which it wasn't) custody or guardianship of DL (which is a right grandparents don't have anywhere in the Western world). McCabe is convinced to this day apparently that his Law Firm's successful (only in his own mind) smearing of HKS and LB would have resulted in DL being handed over to her maternal grandmother if not for those pesky TX bloggers and TMZ, etc. (clearly delusional thinking) and wants millions of dollars to get over it.

HKS has righteously sued those who grievously harmed him and the memory of ANS. VA is suing those she imagines may have harmed her in some implausible way. So who is making a spectacle of themselves?

YAWN. Vergie wanted to rescue DL from the grip HKS had on her . That's it. Vergie has every right to protect her grandchild; no court in the land would dare to rule against this wonderful woman. As far as understanding the lawsuit , nope, never read it, don't need to pretend to be a lawyer, like SOME PEOPLE around here.

We never knew anything about Vergie until Daniel's demise, yet we knew all about HKS via the countless interviews , the tv show, and the lawsuits, and finally the deaths of two young vibrant people; but we REALLY got to know HKS at the FLORIDA FIASCO. That was the spectacle of the decade, and HKS was finally the star he craves to be.

When Vergie wins her case i think i'll go celebrate her victory.
