I doubt if many of the "haters" that post on here actually Hate Britney. Yea, I am sure there are some people
who sit in their rooms with their Britney Voodoo Dolls and try and put curses on Britney, but I hope at least,
most people do not really hate her.
As far as lip syncing, it does take some talent. Try it yourself, it is not as
east as it looks.
As far as dancing and singing, unless a person is in great shape and has incredible lung power
it is almost impossible to do for any amount of time.
And finally, I believe the French declared war on the Germans in World War 2 as was required by a treaty they had
with Poland. I usually try and be succinct in my postings so sorry if I made too many points and rambled.
i think the performance was great, it's not a song you would do a lot of dancing to anyway, she is just getting started and this is a good performance, i think she still has it to give a great dance performance if she chooses to do so but this is just the beginning and a good one at that, she looks great. The Germans reception was not overly enthusiastic because they were mostly all old farts in the audience, go back and have a look, not many young people there. No wonder she chose to promote oversea's first, if the negative comments here are are any indication American's they sure love to tear people down by the sounds of it, i'm glad i don't live there.
ery disappointed by TMZâs French Bashing. By referring to the 1940 surrender to describe some pop culture news, TMZ is showing utter contempt and disdain for a people and their history. To the French, the 1940 surrender is as funny as 9/11 is to Americans. Please show some cultural understanding the next time you wish to write something about France or the French.
OK, I was there last night, and have to admit that I was very disappointed with Britney's poor performance, lip synching and lack of respect. The show she appeared on is the largest TV production in Europe, and the French answer to American Idol, and features incredible guests each season. Among them, Rihanna, Beyonce, Pussicat Dolls, Celine Dion, Lenny Kravitz, Mariah Carey, and Madonna. All of them, huge stars and outstanding performers, were kind enough to share their songs and interact with the show's wannabee singers, except for Madonna (although she was gracious enough to speak to them and give them advice). So why wouldn't Britney want to share a song with them? Because she can't sing and her voice is so heavily processed on her albums that singing live is a big no-no, let alone share a song with a wannabee singer who's got a fabulous voice........Imagine Jordin Sparks sharing a duet with Britney.....it would have ridiculed Britney. She was also totally unprofessional during her post-performance short interview with the show's host. She still has a long way ahead of her to go back to where she was, if that ever happens.
this being said, I also have a message for #3, #18 and #35....get yourself a passport and come visit France before making intellectually challenged comments about the country and it's citizens. You're no better than us, believe me!
Thanks for all the comments agains the French...If Britney is coming first in Europe, it's simply because here we do not care abouth her personal life and all the stuff around it as you do in the US.
We love her, and even if the show was not as good as she did before, she was really welcome in France.
Britney seems to be more relax outside the US, don't you think so??
We are here on TMZ.com to read news about the person we like, not to make war between nationalities.
Thanks.

Yeah, almost too hard to the point where she might as well actually sing. I mean, since that is her career and all. But oh well, silly for her fans to want her to actually sing, with her being a SINGER and all.
90. MiquelonDotOrg Is the French Surrender of 1940 really acceptable material for jokes ?
Civilian deaths : 267 000
Military deaths : 217 000
How nice of you to mention the number of American lives lost freeing France, only to be rewarded with disdain from the French ever since. It's been close to 70 years, time to end the pity party. Maybe fighting to the end has more respect.
In your comment # 44, you said "Nobody, I repeat, NOBODY, likes - or even knows who Jerry Lewis is. This legend was started by Lewis himself. Look it up."
So I looked it up (# 45) "In March 2006, the French Minister of Culture awarded Lewis the Légion d'honneur, calling him the "French people's favorite clown"."
So now what?
Not a very interesting performance, didn't even finish watching it. Her dancing is pretty weak these days, so what else is left?
I still worry about her, she seems so fragile. I hate the "media" for being so so hard on this young woman. When they turned on her, she didn't handle it well. It's like anybody that is bullied hard - it gets inside your head and eats you up inside.

âNo other national or ethnic group appears to get the same continually negative treatment in print media reserved for France and the French, with the possible exception of Arabs or Palestinians, and even there, the treatment is not so much cultural as political, linked to a specific context or event. If one were to substitute, for example, âMexicanâ or âJapaneseâ or âIndianâ for âFrenchâ, what would reader reaction be?â. Edward C.Knox, May 2002
MiquelonDotOrg - Way to pay attention, hot shot. I didn't claim the Americans alone freed France. Since you posted your claptrap on an American website, I asked about the Americans who lost their lives freeing France. And you, in typical French fashion, attempt to minimize American contributions.
As far as your Jerry Lewis dilemma, I don't know, and I don't care, why your pinhead government gave him a medal. I only know they did, as it was your suggestion to look it up. It's your problem to deal with. It's boring.
Next time, don't drop your rifles and run. Then you won't have to twist history 70 years later to try and feel better.
SHE WAS HARDLY DANCING. IT WAS LIKE THE MTV AWARDS FIASCO. NOTHING HAS CHANGED EXCEPT THE OUTFIT
I am French and I can not believe the past resurfaced, it should not count the points we helped you to be independent you have free from second nazie barbarism World War was terrible, destructive and changed the world. today there are other concerns and the solution is not to ally themselves to hate. We must prevent history from repeating itself.
