No, literally, Justin Gaston skipped on Thanksgiving, with Miley, down the sidewalk.
Any other type of physical activity with Cyrus won't be legal for another two years.

To #30: I would be inclined to agree with you that Justin and Miley were probably doing it, if it wasn't for the fact that Miley has repeatedly made a big deal about remaining a virgin until marriage. She has made numerous public statements about this, and she wears some sort of "purity ring" to advertise the fact that she won't be giving it out, except to her future husband.
This goes over well with the Focus on the Family crowd which make up the core of her fan base. The Miley Brand is actively catering to this group by portraying Miley as a good Christian girl who is maintaining her purity.
If it were ever to leak out that she and Justin were having sex, Miley would be exposed as a hypocrite, and this large segment of her fan base would abandon her, thereby damaging her career. All it would take is one disgruntled aquaintance or sleazy publicity hound to reveal this to the press.
Therefore, I believe that Miley has a huge financial incentive to keep her legs closed until the wedding bells have rung.

33. oh my god, she us 16 and dating a 20 yr old guy. so whats the problem?! i was dating a 22 - year - old guy when i was 17 and it worked out perfectly! a lot of of people are having " physical activities" at the age of 15, which is perfectly normal. everyone who blames them, in what world do you live? shall they wait till marriage??

34. Oh, maybe I should mention that I am from Europe. As said before, no one here would even care!! Its their life and thats not much of a deal. Its just kinda sad they cant even be holding hands in public?? Just be happy for that girl she got a crush on him. I mean, shes 15, let her enjoy it!
And of course, Miley will not stay a virgin until marriage, but is forced to promote it that way by Disney. Neither did Britney, neither will those Jonas Brothers.

35. i don't find the age differents creepy at all. after all age is nothing but a number... and my guess is yes they are physical. which ISN'T illegal if the parents know about it. b/c its the parents who have to press charges and if they are ok with it then there is nothing anyone can do about it. 16 and 20 is not really that far apart at all... would you find a 24 and 28 year old couple creepy? no... same age difference. 16 is the age of consent in most states anyway... i don't find anything wrong with their relationship. and i wouldn't call what they were doing skipping... more like walking kinda fast
