16. This one isn't more than a few days out of the trees. If you carry a loaded weapon into a nightclub and it is fired (FOR ANY REASON) it should be a MINIMUM 5 year sentence!!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! 18. It has been disclosed that being employed by the Giants, he was informed NOT to carry a weapon because NY has a 3 year mandatory prison sentence for anyone getting caught doing so. And he does it anyway. No regard for the law whatsoever. And for all the typical behavior comments, sad to say but this is all too common from that particular group of people. The truth is the truth. Nothing racist about it. Some people just won't comply with the laws of the land. Move over michael Vick, your roommate will be moving in soon.

I happen to be sitting not to far from plaxico and his noisy entourage, t transgender socialite Bianka Van Cartier was there with her security and 3 friends when not before long plaxico was trying to show himself him and his boys, i feel that when they realized and heard that the drop dead gorgeous socialite and fashion icon was tranny, the gun emerged as a test of proving his masculinity.
Even when he shot himself, we didn't realize he was shot, it was like pow......!
We thought it was an intro by the dj, but it wasn't.

As Bianka and her security crew made way out, she was approached by one of his friends saying are you ok, he didn't mean to scare you.
If that is what a guy have to do for attention he better get in line.
Last week at Club HIRO on 17th and 10th Ave, Lady Gah Gah and Bianka had a ball there.
Allot of celebs hang there, everyone was nice to them.
I think everyone needs to respect each others way they chose to live their lives.

20. Why would any person carry a firearm out in public and in particular to a place of supposed entertainment and relaxation? There is something terribly wrong with the mindeset of a man who would think he has to travel with a semi automatic pistol on a night of supposed post Thanksgiving Day partying. Why is he not home with his loving family on that evening? He is not only stupid, but apparently a terrible family member too. I could care less the man can catch a ball thrown to him and he's a millionaire for it----he's the type that make it dangerous for the rest of us who are out and about thinking no one else would be carrying a pistol when out for relaxation.

I'm sorry but he will soon be the new Michael Vick for Professional Sports and why heroes and role models should never come from those ranks. Roger Goodell better do the right thing here, as well as the US Judicial System.

No cries of Racism either----the Attorney General of the US is now a Black Man, so let justice be blind and take Plaxico to the place any one else doing such a stunt with a weapon in public in NYC would be taken to---like Rikers Island and then Attica.

Its a felony and any other person, black or white, would go to prison for it---including first time offenders. No seperate justice for Sports Stars or Entertainers any longer.
