That Gun in His Pocket Is a Crime

Plaxico BurressLaw enforcement sources tell TMZ the most likely charge Plaxico Burress will face is illegal gun possession. He does not have a permit to carry a concealed weapon in New York.

The NY Daily News reported Burress had a permit to carry a concealed weapon in Florida but it expired last May. In any event, that permit would not allow him to pack heat in NYC.

10. Umm...Is anybody noticing a pattern with this guy?
On September 24, 2008, the team announced that Burress would be suspended for the game on October 5 for a violation of team rules. He did not show up for work on a Monday and could not be reached by phone for two days. This is not the first time that Burress has been temporarily suspended by an NFL team—in May 2004, he was suspended by the Pittsburgh Steelers for failing to show up for a Monday team practice. On October 24 he was was issued three fines totaling $45,000 for the following reasons:

$20,000 for post game comments regarding officiating — specifically, inappropriate comments on officiating.
$20,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct — specifically, verbal abuse of the head linesman.
$5,000 for throwing the ball in the stands.

And now he shots himself in the leg with an illegal gun.
I THINK I SEE A PATTERN!!!

11. I think that greasy, phony "REV." Al should file a lawsuit against that bullet. It's a violation of his civil rights that it jumped from that gun and penetrated that poor boy's leg! You watch. It will be a WHITE bullet. Stay tuned.
