Plaxico Burress just went into the 17th Precinct of the NYPD.
Dressed in a suit, Burress arrived in an SUV with his lawyer. He's expected to enter a not guilty plea to one charge of illegal possession of a weapon, a felony, once he's arraigned.

He should be treated like anyone else who illegally posseses a concealed weapon in a night club. Prison time is mandatory here. I don't feel bad for this well paid baby. Hope they lock him up just like the dog killer.

What a dumb ass. He did have a legal permit for the gun....but it was for Florida and expired! Supposedly he shot himself while unloading it to give to security at the club. Seems like the guy's been hit in the head a few times too many, and could use a few months of vacation compliments of NYC Dept. of Corrections.

This guy is a total loser!!!!!!!! Athletes just don't get it or they do and just know that they'll be given sympathy as if they did nothing wrong. Keyshawn Johnson had the balls to plead, on the weekend football pre-game show, for Plaxico to be helped and given sympathy, another athlete who does not have much upstairs. So $35 million, nice family, big home, the lifestyle and many other things just don't seem to matter to these ignorant losers. This comment is so tame, if i had submitted what I really wanted to say, TMZ would not post it. Kudos to the Giants for staying focus and not letting this loser's problems affect their play on the field.
