Her fans will cite the following reason she should be in the public eye:

I don't know if she looks off the wagon, but I do know she looks like she was rode hard and put away wet!!!!

Do I have to be the one to point out that the video showed Lindsay pur just one drink, so maybe Linday is trying to find a balance. And if Looks looks a bit annoyed or a bit of arrogance to her, I will point out she is being chased by guys shouting questions at her. I applaud the TMZ guy for at least not crowding her personal space, so maybe TMZ is trying to find a balance.
