241. Just as Rachelle gets a slap on the wrist for poor behavior, so will Phil. They are rich and they are devious--a dangerous combination!

242. Such a sad, cautionary tale: Make it big when you're young, screw everyone on the way up the ladder, never take responsibility for your mistakes, live in denial instead of being culpable for your mistakes, marry someone as narcissistic or even more so than yourself, hole yourself up in a secluded and irrelevant place where you have a wall of ghosts from the past staring at you constantly. Sad, sad, sad life-and it all could be avoided.

243. He looks miserable, inside and out.

244. I don't know whether to hate the guy or just feel pity. He's been sick for years. I wouldn't want to live in his shoes for a second. All the money in the world can't buy peace of mind. I might be poor, but at night, when I go to bed, I crash hard, and I'm all right with myself when I look at myself in the mirror, It's a shame he can't experience that. I'm sure he's haunted all the time and probably has nightmares over what he did to that girl.

245. Good point. How does this guy sleep at night?

246. If anyone reads Rachelle's beyond stupid private Myspace page today, the caption reads that she says she loves to decorate HER house all nice and PURDY.
Um-this is PHIL's house, NOT HERS, even if they own it together, she's acting as if it's all hers-I feel this is outrageous-her dear husband is on trial for his very life and she's acting oblivious to it. Stupid b.
Just verifies what everyone on here is saying about her as a person.

247. This whole situation is such B.S.!

248. What is her deal? Calling THEIR home HER home? That woman has got to go. PS is better off single or finding someone who ain't a poseur. He's got enough problems as it is, he doesn't need her stupid commentary and actions holding him back and making him look even more freaky than he already appears!

249. What's up with TMZ knocking this story off the most commented list? If they did their math properly they'd see it's higher up than OJ. Hey TMZ, show the people who care about this case a little respect, eh?

Posted at 3:42PM on Dec 11th 2008 by TMZ sux at math!

250. What's more fake? Rachelle's fake ta ta's or Phil's fake defense?

251. JUST. PLAIN. SCARY.

252. What's more insane? Spector's hairstyles or his endless days in court?

253. I think the banks own Phil's Castle. He took out extra mortgages to finance the trials and Rachelle can say what she wants. That's Phil's place. She walked into some fringe benefits, but, no the whole kit and kaboodle. The nice cars are probably leased and there's probably alot on the charges, too. She looks a little peeved most of the time and Phil would do himself a favor by finding a good lawyer and giving her the heave ho-ho-ho!

254. Legal Eagle: I guess it would be messy for Phil to have to contend with a divorce while on trial for his life, but then again he's no stranger to concurrent pending lawsuits and such (the Ronettes plus others who are suing for royalties, plus the Westin Bonaventure vs. the Spectors suit, and Spector vs. former atty. Shapiro). So the question is, why continue?
I guess the jury might look down on him for getting a divorce during his case. Then again plenty of people divorce every single day and aren't frowned upon for doing so. Personally, I see no need to prolong the agony on both sides. Rachelle is asking to incur more and more debt the longer she stays in this (she is going to have to cough up half of the settlement in the Westin case). Phil is playing with fire the longer he stays in this arrangement because she's continuously making Phil look bad with her words and actions. I think it would actually be helpful for both parties to make the split happen now, I just don't know if either is ready to do so for whatever pending reason. If it's to continue this charade to the jury, jurors are watching everything, and to assume they will buy the act is a little too presumptuous and condescending, don't you think?

255. Ferguson, recall the leg humping that RS did on PS after the last trial? He was embarassed and it made him the butt of so many jokes. I felt sorry for him. I'm sure he'd never go out and flaunt himself like that. Next, the gun photo floating around of RS and lately, according to Sprocket's T&T report, she made courtroom blunder by talking about the case before the jury was totally out of earshot. I"M sure DW told her in no uncertain terms to stop it. It's like SHE must be the center of attention and I think it will hurt PS in the long run. And, too, Ferguson, as you aptly pointed out, the jury must wonder what is with this arrangement of the two. I don't think it would be a problem to start divorce prodeedings. It could already be taking place. She's absent more and more from the trial now. He doesn't need the distraction she is constantly providing. This so-called 15 minutes of fame she is "enjoying" will be over at one point. I am hoping PS will come thru this okay and can make something out of his time remaining. He has multi facets to his personality and people ridicule his hair and look and forget this is a man who has made great accomplishments and many mistakes. Illness is plagueing him and this trial can go either way. I hope he and RS give it up and each can go their separate ways. As you say, things like divorce are not as shocking now and many people might think, Phil you finally woke up.
