256. Legal Eagle, WOW, I didn't hear about the whole incident Sprocket reported on--I will have to check that out. That's unbelievable that RS spoke about the trial within earshot of jurors? Is she for real? Wow, thanks for relaying that one. You mention she's at court less and less-I only know about that one day she was feeling too sick? How many more times have we been talking about? Of course I recall too many times the leg humping incident. Spector hugged his bodyguard and if you notice didn't hug RS, and she actually wiped her hand after touching his. The poor guy looked so embarrassed to be there. As for the divorce proceedings, and it potentially happening right now, do you have cause to speculate there? Like you I have tremendous empathies for PS where others do not. I wholeheartedly agree RS is just damaging the guy. And I have to disagree slightly with Sprocket-(unless I misunderstood her) she said RS puts up her Myspace pages and takes them down a lot-but this page came down right after RS's caption read that she was decorating HER house. I can't help but think (and hope) that PS put his foot down. The best thing for both is to dissolve this arrangement ASAP.

257. Legal Eagle: Interesting-I hadn't heard about RS talking about the case within earshot of the jury-what is up with that? If that truly happened----woah--look out, PS! I look back on all the things RS has done or said, and how these words and actions have been completely counterproductive in helping PS personally, professionally and legally-and I'm fairly amazed by it all. Remember how she claimed to be his "24/7 Support System" during that C-TV interview? And yes, I do recall the image of RS humping PS's leg and the look of horror on his face --not pleased to say the least! I am just surprised he is hanging in there with her through all of this. He is smarter than this. What does he have to gain at this point by keeping her there? What outlandish stunt does she have to pull in order for Spector to say "Enough?" You mention RS coming to court less often-really? I thought she was out "sick" only once-but please correct my information if you know differently. You also mention that proceedings might be in place right now-care to elaborate or is that just a hunch? Either way, you are preaching to the choir here. I have a lot of empathy towards PS that others cannot understand but I have zero empathy for RS. Why should I? And yes---they should both abort ship pronto!

258. Wow, my post repeated. Hey LE, Sprocket told me that's not exactly what she wrote. She said she hoped none of the jurors had heard RS say "Because he didn't shoot it!" But they still hadn't finished filing into the room. The possibility someone COULD HAVE heard that is enough for me-and I am sure enough for you too. She should be saying nothing of the sort while in that court room. Smooth move, Ex lax!

259. Hi Ferguson. I am only speculating about the divorce proceedings. Wishful thinking, I'm afraid. But, one never knows what goes on behind the Castle doors. Sprocket's outstanding reporting of the trial is a God-send. Even if the possibility of any juror hearing RS comments was there, she should know when to observe quiet. Her husband's very life is depending on this outcome. To taint anything is a bad move. I watch the court photos and look at body language. It says alot. I'm sure there are those who think PS is not worthy of a second look, but, for some odd reason, I like him.

260. Can anyone tell me why Trial 1 was such a media circus and Trial 2 might as well be taking place on the dark side of Neptune?

261. Does anyone have an update or any information about how the second trial is proceeding? Why is it so impossible to find out any thing about this?
