For all those that think Phil should divorce Rochelle, think of this. Who will get stuck with ALL of his bills (Hotel, Court, Lawyer, etc...) if they divorce? Phil would never, not for 1 moment even think of doing that. After civil case, she will lose the house, car, ring, and what ever money she thinks she has hidden away or she may spend some time too if she keeps doing stupid things.
It is Rochelle who should be thinking of ways to get out of the marriage but I doubt she can figure out why.
He is smarter then most give him credit for. He will find a way to stick it to everyone he can and in doing so, get the last laugh, even if it's with his last breath.

I was ready to give Chelle the benefit of the doubt..so I did...younger woman, much older man, I didn't judge her motives.
Then I saw her Court TV interview which was by all accounts the most idiotic interview I've seen in years...and I know it's been mentioned here before, but Chelle's display of humping Mr. Spector---he was so uncomfortable with that--you needn't be a body language expert to see that...plus..when she started screaming at Judge Fidler...that was just plain wrong...somewhere between that, the Myspace threat against Judge Fidler...and now this brandishing a gun while smiling...
I lost any respect or understanding of Chelle that I could have ever garnered. Sorry, Chelle, but you are what people are saying you are...

Not sure I agree with the poster who says P Spector should go bald. Some guys like Judge Fidler carry baldness quite well..but P Spector I imagine just looks downright creepy without a rug. Keep that carpet!
