The Photoshop-free 33-year-old looked so hot (and blonde and tan) she didn't even need a coat while out on the streets of Manhattan last night.

38. She looks fabulous. I like the darker hair also, but she's carrying the blonde look well -- probably due to the tan. A lot of dark-haired ladies try to go blonde and end up looking all washed up. She also has a nice balance -- trim, but with curves. She looks happy, which is the most attractive trait of all.
