33. It's all about the money. If she wasn't a celeb this wouldn't be an issue. If average Joe was squawking around town about this nothing would come of it. Greed, pure and simple. Heck the political parties were slandering each other back and forth - did anyone sue? Money honey $$$$.

36. Last time I checked, Natalie Maines was not a police detective, a lawyer, the judge, or on the jury for this case. Therefore, she has no access to details or evidence. She is just another uninformed Hollywood celebrity talking about things that she has no business discussing. Let's stop listening to these people and leave upholding the law to the trained professionals, not an "entertainer".

37. This case is so sad... three boys were imprisoned for the murders and have been forced to become men while behind bars. TMZ--- show a little journalistic integrity and tell their story! After hearing the facts, it is so hard to believe that the case was proven "beyond a reasonable doubt". Hate Maines for her politics if you must but she is TOTALLY RIGHT to be fighting this battle publicly! If more people would, maybe the truth would come out!

40. Do you all even know why you hate her so much? Because she said she was embarrased that GW was from Texas? She said years ago what everyone thinks now. GW Bush IS an embarrasment to this country, will go down as the WORST president in history. Took us to war over FALSE pretenses. HE should be tried of crimes for what he has done. 41. For all you people still saying she hates America - huh, guess who turned out to be right about Bush and our illegal invasion of Iraq? Those of us speaking who had to backbone to stand up to and speak up against and question the Bush Administration never had any trouble sleeping and, oh,look, WE WERE RIGHT! And I said the same thing she did about two months before here, when I was in Australia - ooooh, ban me from the radio too.

Secondly, who's to say Hobbs wasn't involved? Jennifer Hudson's idiot sister still claims her ex wasn't the killer - and yet there he is, arrested and all. I still wonder if she was involved as well. And we all know OJ did it and yet he got away with it.

Third, I'm sure she isn't the only one questioning his innocence so why isn't he suing everyone that is questioning? Or is it simply he's a Bush supporter who wants to follow his leaders example and get money any way he can - ethical or not.

42. I don't like her, but in this case she is absolutely correct in voicing her opinion! There are 3 innocent people in jail because of ignorance and utter stupidity! NO, he should NOT get a penny!! Please, people - don't just say something because you don't like her. I can't stand her, but I don't want a guilty child murderer to become a millionaire and hopefully all the national attention will shed some light on this case and put him in jail where he belongs!!

43. Oh dear Lord AQ... eight years of Bush bashing is quite enough already. If you're that upset about Ms. Maines being attacked for her beliefs and believe in what she is saying, then get involved. Don't sit around in your jammies spewing more hatred on the internet. Can we all just move on from this and work together to solve issues that are fixable instead of rehashing history. 45. The three "men" convicted were young boys in 1993 and are innocent. Maines is doing a service by bringing light to this terrible injustice. Henry Rollins also advocates for these young men. I wish more people would speak out about the West Memphis Three!
