TMZ has learned Kandice Hutchinson, one of the contestants kicked off the upcoming MTV dating show "A Double Shot at Love," died in a car accident a short while after taping her last appearance for the show. 
We're told the producers of the show -- which features two bisexual twin sisters (above left ) looking for love -- edited her scenes to remove some of the more outrageous behavior, out of respect for the family. Sources close to the show tell us the producers have been in touch with the girl's family and they are supportive of MTV's plan to keep her in the show. 
According to KDFW in Texas, Hutchinson died on October 21 after her car was rear-ended causing Kandice to be ejected. Police said she died on the scene.
The first episode of "A Double Shot at Love" will be dedicated to her.

Actually, she wasn't rearended, but instead rearended someone before then slamming into a concrete barrier. Other reports also stated that she'd been drinking heavily before the incident.
EULESS â A 22-year-old Joshua woman was killed early Tuesday on Airport Freeway after she was ejected from a car that slammed into a concrete barrier and then burst into flames, police said.
The Tarrant County Medical Examinerâs office identified the woman as Kandice Hutchison who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident happened about 2:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Airport Freeway.
Hutchison was driving the car at a high rate of speed just before the accident, police said.
Hutchisonâs car bumped another car before the victimâs car slammed into the barrier, police said.
âA car in front of her saw her coming and attempted to move over, but her car bumped that vehicle,â Euless police Lt. John Williams said Tuesday. âThat sent her into the median.â
No other injuries were reported.

16 brings up a good point. And also why claim it is exclusive and then quote the local TV station? Shouldn't the exclusive match the headline as in TMZ would be the first to report the death? Which doesn't hold water because the girl died weeks ago. So the exclusive is that they edited the scenes of her obviously s-faced? That is pretty weak -- even for TMZ.

I didn't know this girl, but I live a mile from where it happened. Who cares if they labeled her a reality star. She has died, she should be remembered, and people shouldn't be cruel at this time. There's no reason to be cruel to a person who has passed.
