Oj SimpsonKiller O.J. Simpson's killer arrogance torpedoed his chance for a get-out-of-jail card.

The man who hacked two people to death (relax, a civil jury said he did) was offered a plea deal but rejected it. According to the prosecutor, "Mr. Simpson wanted something just short of a public apology" and rejected a deal that would have kept him in the pokey for less time than his sentence -- 9 to 33 years.

Like we've said before, it was only a matter of time ...

4. I think he deserves punishment. Realistically speaking, on appeal this could go away or be reduced. For the actual current crime, any Joe Doe would not have gotten the same resuls. JMHO

7. What and how he did it was wrong... yes... but, to get as many years as he did was also wrong. Does he deserve some jail time ??? Yes but 15 to 33 years???? NO This case was all about the 1995 case. And that is wrong.

11. I am happy beyond belief, I only wish it were for the murders he committed. This guy thinks...scratch that....Thought, he was above the law. Im glad they brought him down to reality. I hope this helps the Goldmans a little.

13. I am happy too! He really is one of the most megalomaniacal sociopaths ever. Its hard to believe that there was a day that he was respected and he did good things. He is a good example of the money going to his head and he didnt think anyone could possible convict him. Well, THINK AGAIN and BEND OVAH OJ!
