31. People lets stop looking at color.... issue is this DMX has had run in's with the law but he has never robbed or killed anyone but he is killing himself. This man has a family like most of you. I don't expect many of you to see past what u think but I do know that wether it be white or black celebrities have a tighter rope to walk in society than avg people do. I never known drugs to take over a certain race. Most people if we are honest have issues and problems may not be the same but we all do. I never read that he was bi-polar but not to say that he isn't or is just hope he gets help and jail isn't where he can get that.

33. truthteller , You don't make any sense ' Celebrities do not have a tighter rope to walk in society than average people. Everyone is expected to be a law abiding citizen. The "man'?.. has a family. What a stellar family man!!!! A fine upstanding example . How many children does he have, did you say. That is , how many known children that hhe has spawned.? So what, he won't get help in jail. He's certainly not getting any out of jail. He is in jail as punishment for failing to be a law abiding citizen. And here you are, one of the dime a dozen pollyanna's making excuses for him. Whether or not any of us has issues or problems, has no bearing, He is the one in jail for brutalizing animals and failure to appear...in Court. You hope that he gets help..Bully for you. I hope that the dogs that he abused get justice.

Truthteller @ 12:02 pm...........First things first, Hello Syd, how in the world are you doing?..................Now back to truthteller...................By your statements, robbery, and killing another person, are the only things you regard as crime?............Or, is all the other crimes that DMX did, is just not important?...............Have you read the crimes he is charged with?.............How many are there?...........Now tell me how many crimes are listed on the books at present, locally, state wide, Nationally, and Interenationally?....................Of course you haven't looked any of it up........................The "rope" only gets tight to walk, if you are breaking the law and have a lifestyle to hide from public view....................think about that for a minute..............How many celebraties are there in entertainment, sports, politics, television, etc, etc,.?......................And what kind of number of those celebs never end up in the jail and or prison?................You see, only people who break the law, have a tight rope to walk................a tight rope they ususlly created themselves............Prime examples would be DMX, Michael Vick, and OJ Simpson..........All trying to live their real lives in the shadows............Then caught, judged, and sentenced...................hopefully to prison..............As you stated at the beginning, he has had his run-ins with the law................So, he has always been a criminal?.............Try to find someone else to place your support and empathy toward.................DMX appears to be a criminal against society and his children, by example..................plain and simple..............If he did indeed hurt dogs as stated..............then off to prison...........period.
