46. Hi Brett, See there was alot of things that were to much alike...the DA was really good and since she was last with closing arugments it was a long end. The jury took 5 days to come back with a verdict. Now I understand that there was evidence leading to him but here is the thing... the guy in the picture is wearing a "Guitar Hero" shirt, as well as black sunglasses on his head. When the FBI had the search warrent for his truck and place of residence they found a little sticker on his Ford truck covering the emblem of Guitar Hero, while in the house they found the game with the guitar etc. So that played a big part in the case. In his room there was a pair of black sunglasses that belonged to him. The DA used both of those as the hook. Well I'm not saying that things dont seem odd. Maybe I just don't want him to be in jail. Either way...just in my own heart to heart, he didnt do it. All of us are entitled to our own opinion. Thank you for being interested. I understand its confusing. I will try and tell you some more details later...

47. Bernice, did the sunglasses match up to the one's he was wearing? Will you let us know what happenes at sentencing in March? How is he doing? I used to work with him many years ago. All I remember is that he was funny & played practical jokes.

48. Doug, did you work with him in a restaurant? If so, which one? I might know you. I appreciate it Bernice you being honest. I know its hard but like you don't want him or anyone therefore in prison. Like I said if you have an addy where he is at I will write too him

49. The DA can't prove that he spent the 16,000 because drug dealers don't keep receipts. He probably paid back debts to dealers and smoked the rest. Again, doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure that one out.

50. Hi guys, Well the sunglasses they recovered at the scene were black as well, but nothing really stood out. They are pretty common.Hes worked alot of places and is really funny. Omaha Jacks, Black Angus etc...I will keep you all updated about what happens in March. Hes doing okay right now, pretty lonely as you all can imagine. If his appeal is denied he is requesting a Federal Prison in another state. If they deny that request then there is one in Victorville Ca, thats pretty close to us, I guess we will see...I can give you the address Brett I just have to get it from my step mom. Im sure she wont have a problem. Well talk to u in a couple days.

51. Why would he want a jail in another state? Then nobody could visit him. Does he want visitors? I worked with him at BA, he was a crack up. I will write him too when you get address. I hope the appeal works out for him. How is his mom doing?

52. Hi Doug, Not really sure why, havent had a good chance to sit and talk with him. I do know that some prisons in other states are a bit nicer, at least thats what I have read. Shes doing okay. Acutally better then expected, Xmas was tough first one without him, but we are supporting her. She sees him every other day in jail, Thank you for your support. She is giving me the addy in a couple days because they might move him. I will keep you in touch. I will, however would like to give you the addy through a personal email or temp one due to some hate mail, you know how some people are..talk with you soon.

53. Bernice send it too me as well please. Poker77701@yahoo.com.. People need to get a life talking smack against someone thats not around to defend themselves. I hope they don't have kids because if they do what a terrible example they are setting for them.
