Rehabbed former Miss USA Tara Conner came out of obscurity to hang with Ryan Seacrest in L.A. this weekend.

The reblondered 22-year-old is set to appear on the new season of "American Idol" knockoff "Gone Country," so Ryan was probably giving her some advice about karaoke competition shows ... or how to properly highlight overprocessed hair.
