Shaha Mishaal Adham has been released by the Beverly Hills PD and cleared of any wrongdoing in the death of Scott Ruffalo.
Adham's attorney says she saw Scott accidentally shoot himself while retrieving her keys from his apartment -- and fled the scene.
She was released at around midnight.

Yeah...I"m really confused, the first story said the girl told the cops he (they?) were playing Russian Roulette...now he accidentally shot himself while going for his keys? and I thought he was shot in the back of the head, which I would think would be sort of difficult to do....very confused...

35. Dear Readers and commetators, once again I Thank you for your prayers and support. Everyone wants details and answers. I hate reading some of the comments. This is not a gossip story, This is a very heart breaking loss in our family. That animal took someone so special from our lives. If she is able to live with her self knowing what she did and does get away with it, like every rich person does. My comment to her is this, you might not be found guilty here in this world but you will when you are judge by God, and no fancy savy attorney can free you then.
