21. To number 16, Ryan is from Canada, Burlington to be exact (I went to Pearson a few years before him). Unless it is minus 15, no one wears a toque here unless your going to be outside for hours. And the fact that he is wearing a toque along with shorts and a beater makes it more irrelevant (as well as it isn't covering his ears, which everyone who has ever lived in a cold enviroment knows are the first thing to get cold, along with hands and your nose.. I went to college in San Diego, and in 4 years never did I once experience enough cold to even warrant wearing pants except for when coach made us wear them). I think I maybe only wore a hoodie once or twice, and that was only because our football team travelled every now and then to play teams in northern california, oregon, or washington. I didn't even bring a jacket with me. This guy has turned into that kid from Twilight, wearing toques to cover up the earliest signs of baldness. And jean shorts aren't exactly easy to exercise in, anyone knows that. I do agree he is an underrated actor. Another talented Mickey Mouse Club grad.
