25. The accident happened on at Brennan's Bar on Lincoln Blvd. near Marina Del Rey. Lincoln Blvd at that spot is about 6 lanes across with poor lighting. There is parking near the curb on both sides, a median in the middle and 2 lane traffic both ways. Why on earth would she or ANYONE, for that matter, be crossing that street after having been at a bar? Traffic there is already crazy and no one expects to have to dodge pedestrian there.

I enjoy TMZ. But since this is a public forum, you and everyone else has the right to their own opinions. It's not about having self control. It's about having common decency. And anyhoo, since those comments bother you maybe you should practice that same self control you speak of and simply not read them.
