A Kentucky man wants $400K back from Thighmistress Suzanne Somers after a restaurant with her name on it went belly up -- before it even got off the ground! 
Somers' biz partners convinced John Bouchillon to hand over $400K to help them start a restaurant chain called Suzanne's Kitchen. Only problem was, according to the lawsuit, the team bickered about whether to make the joint organic or not, amongst other things, and the whole thing fell apart before the eatery ever opened.
The suit doesn't specify the rationale for opening a restaurant celeb-branded by a woman who is best known for opening and closing her legs. Somers couldn't be reached for comment.

Note to John: If the rich celebrities are looking for investors into a 'business project' it might not be such a good idea to invest 400K in to it.
Suzanne's Kitchen sounds like a great place to get salmonella poisoning.
