50. The worst break I ever saw was Joe Theisman's carrer ending broken leg on Monda Night Football twenty five years ago. They showed it a dozen times from different angles. Man, that was a gross scene. Ouch!

51. I'm surprised these shin breaks don't happen more often in these mixed martial arts fights.

52. WTF? I expected worse.
Watching all those MTV Scarred shows made me immune to it I guess, but I gotta admit it was pretty funny (Y)

54. This isn't something that only happens in MMA. These types of injuries happen in all contact sports. Look at Joe Theisman or search "soccer leg break" on Youtube. It's unfortunate, but it's a part of any kind of physical competition. As for the reason the fight kept going, it was because the ref didn't see the break right away. Anytime a fighter is injured they stop the fight. It's not some death match to the end like some of you seem to think. If the reg had noticed the leg, he would have immediately intervened. Had the other fighter noticed the leg, he probably would have stopped attacking, It's just one of those fluky things that happens sometimes. He didn't suffer any more than any other athlete who suffers a traumatic sports injury, so I'm not sure why people view this injury differently than any other professional athletes injuries.

55. Oh WOW! These guys didn't realize the one guy had a broken leg! The injured guy looks down and takes a look and starts to stomp his other leg as in pain. The other guy on top walks away after the referee comes, then he looks back and takes notice of his opponents broken leg and freaks out. Best wishes.

56. He wasn't kicked. It was his trailing leg. Looks like he stepped on it wrong and it snapped.

57. That is horrible and hard to see, but I've seen it happen in soccer and football as well. It happens and it's unfortunate, but people do run the risk of being hurt in any contact sport.

58. Bah! thats not bad. you should try working in an ER triage. you would be surprised at all the fun stuff i get to see. That leg would prolly have about a 4 hour wait time behind Drunk V.S. tree or 9 year old looks down hunting rifle barrel cause he was "curious". The difference is that this was on TV. If they have a 10 second sensor delay on SNL they rerally should have one on UFC.

60. That was horrible and discusting and kind of cool! You know that had to hurt bad. And this is to WHY WHY WHY. Would you rather people be fighting all over the streets or in a wring where they can be watched and supervised. No, Human suffering isn't always fun to watch. Sometimes it just down right stupid but I don't think UFC is. Besides No ones forcing you to watch why don't you go watch sponge bob
