61. 58. I'm sorry, it is just too much of a coincidence thar Anna and Danny both died of Methadone overdoses. I'm just not buying it! Stern lied about being the Baby daddy. Why? Because Danny Lynn stood to inherit a fortune. To me this is a no brainer and Stern got away with doulble murder. Poor Anna and Danny. They just didn't deserve it. Danny was a very special guy. Everything he put up with, he loved his mom and treated her well. He was a good boy. Anna was messed up but she deserved to live. I wish I was wrong about them being murdered but in my gut I know I am right.

First of all, Anna didn't die of a methadone overdose. Get your facts straight. What "fortune?" Anna was in debt and no one believes that the Marshall money will ever come through...but if it does, Howard gets his share as per their agreement, which was made years ago. Think about it, idiot. If Howard knew he wasn't the father of the DL, then if Anna died the DNA test would definitely be done (she was the one stopping it), and he wouldn't have the baby anyway, so how would he get the money? Even if you think that Howard was in Anna's life for the money, the only way he'd have the money is with Anna ALIVE, not dead.

Obviously you have no brain, that's why you think this is a no brainer. I believe the POLICE over your idiot theories any day. And common sense of course. You have none of that either.

65. PS - And I can't stop laughing about the all the talk of "murder conspiracy". The woman has been a walking corpse for years...every time I saw her on TV she was so drugged up I was waiting for her to fall over dead from an overdose. And that went on LONG before Howard came into the picture...

66. This is by far the most beautiful work of art and gravestone that I have ever seen. Looks like it took a great deal of work and effort to create.

As for the naysyaers, they will always criticize Stern and Birkhead, but then again look at Her Tacky mom, out to make trouble for innocent people and looking for a goldmine.
I think family, friend and the public will appreciate this lovely memorial.

McCabe claims VA should collect millions because this group said bad (but true) things about her. McCabe is also asking the Court to compel members of his list to provide the emails, etc. that will prove they were working together since he has no proof if they don't cough it up.

The woman who wanted to have financial control of DL's inheritance is now going after that money through the back door, by suing DL's Father. The woman who marketed herself to media outlets, gave interviews to TV and magazines and flew to a FL Court Hearing with her own press entourage, is now claiming she is not a limited public figure but is somewhat akin to a saint, that rare person about whom nary a negative word may be spoken.

Apparently McCabe/VA think they can bamboozle a TX Judge and Jury by describing how their bloggers saturating web sites with declarative but false statements about the gay-relationship based fraud and murder conspiracy carried out by HKS and LB that killed ANS and Daniel and put DL up for ransom is fair game but bloggers telling the true story about how as a child VA had a baby with the son of her mother's live-in boyfriend is libel.

Thank goodness HKS and LB continue to nurture and protect the memory of ANS and Daniel.

If McCabe is unable to prove cons piracy with his own 'star' witnesses claiming a cons piracy but yield absolutely no proof, then the court should stop it. I have yet to see a record of PUBLIC doc#mentation defaming Virgie entered published by any of the defendants (outside of the TMZ article). The star witnesses are unable to provide one inkling of communications with the majority of the Defendants, let alone even discussing Virgie!!!

It seems like a huge fishing expedition and invades the rights to privacy.

74. Swims, I think you forgot to mention the recent court docs that show Bonnie Stern ADMITTING to many many of the damaging emails that show clear conspiracy to defame Anna's Mother. The lengths to which these people went to trash Mrs. Arthur is appalling. I realize you are a HKS supporter tp say the least but please stop feeding these people who don't really follow these cases the crap you feed them constantly. Howard's own sister has in court docs admitted to these damaging emails linking these conspirators and planning and scheming to destroy Anna's Mother. This suit is going to be very interesting .

75. It is so sad that Anna and Daniel died. I always felt sorry for Daniel when Anna was doing her reality show. Poor little boy, to have that as a Mom. My heart really went out to him. I find his and his mothers untimely deaths suspicious, I don't know all the details but I herd they both died of Drug overdoses...that sounds convenient to me. I guess I am way off here though because it seems to be accepted there was no fowl play ..at least by non US authorities that is...I wonder though, What are the odds they would both die that close together and in the same exact way. It's just crazy. All I really know for sure is that it is very sad and I miss them both.
