Papa Roach Drummer Bugs Out, Sues Band

He was already kicked to the curb, but now Papa Roach's ex-tubthumper claims the band is screwing him out of some serious loot too.

After Papa Roach let drummer David Buckner go on Christmas Eve last year, he claims the band has been raking in hundreds of thousands -- at least -- in his absence, and not giving him his proper cut. Buckner also says his relationship with his ex-bandmates has become "strained and antagonistic." Translation: They hate each other's guts.

Buckner says in the suit he "desires to dissolve Papa Roach." The band couldn't be reached immediately for comment.

16. What the hell guys? How are you sure that he spent his money on drugs or that he was fine with the boys in the beginning? We have no way of knowing what is certainly true, and surely, if Dave is taking this to court, something went down from the very beginning. Sure, Tony's great, but he will NEVER replace Dave, and we should respect Dave for his decision. If you don't, then you really don't have a heart, and probably aren't an original fan if you won't hear his side of the story. I hope he wins this case. To prove that he isn't as bad as everyone is making him up to be. :) Go Dave! I will always love Papa Roach, but I cannot wait to see what Dave does next, musically at least!

Dave is truly the founder of Papa roach Dave wrote most of every song that was written I believe he his the sharpest and was the brain behind papa roach.I believe there was a settlement offer an the band members refused,this loss suit would have been done an Dave would have went his way.I wish the band Good luck an Dave Good luck God will Provail The truth will come out.

18. i'm more than a little dissappointed in dave at this point.
don't get me wrong, dave was on of my faves, hes a founding father to one of the greatest rock bands of my time, but this was a little too much. Papa Roach is a brethren, I feel like maybe he's stabbed the rest of the boys in the back, its really upsetting to see how fat the love of money will take some people. I still love dave even though hes being a douchebag, because sometimes, you just have to forgive and forget.
