Tara Reid has finally checked into rehab.

Her people aren't saying why she's being treated, but in a statement from her people, they have confirmed, "Tara Reid has checked herself into Promises Treatment Center."

FYI -- Promises is the same place Britney Spears went for treatment during her breakdown.

This is shocking news to me.

Tara Reid?? Isn't she too busy working all the time and making hit movies to have any free time on her hands to have these kind of issues?

Has the pressure of being a box office rain maker gotten the better of her?

Gosh, I hope she's OK, as I'm looking forward to her next big starring role.

63. Rehab worked for Britney, look at her now.

What big movies was she in? Tara rode the "American Pie" gravy train, for those who forgot. Also, she was engaged to Carson Daly. When that broke up, she became the 'train wreck'.

Shows that playing a teen at 26 doesnt help a career, she is now 35 ish and washed up. Cant pass for 18 for too long.
