31. i love kanye and i thought he did awesome last night. now im not saying everyone has to like him, but i personally think kanye is a very unique artist and is not afraid to try new things. just cause his new album is different from most of his work doesnt mean he is a "sell out" or anything like that. seriously, give him a break. everyone has their opinion, and that is mine.

36. MOST current "artists" suck. Listen to Usher's live performance at the VS fashion show (Dec. 4?).
Someone needed to duct-tape a pillow around his head so we didn't have to listen to that.
Both of these guys should be working for the military providing "rapper singing torture", it would be enough to make any enemy crack within 10 seconds, yelling "no more... I'll talk... please make it stop...".
Just another talentless celeb who should be stripped of their celebrity status and all of the money they made.

37. Last night on SNL Kayne did start off a bit weird, but I saw him the nighth before in MSG Z-100 Jingle Ball and he sounded awesome. Saw him in concert in Spring 08 again MSG in NY unreal show. I think the small space of the studio at NBC in Rock. Ctr is not the greatest for loud music and acoustics. Maybe some one with a guitar and no back up singers and sound effects could sound good but that's not Kayne's style. Or someone singing with a Piano alone. Small audience space as well. Not created for the ultimate concert experience. Kayne you are great, & there will alway be some people who just don't get you. But there are so many that do. Count me in!!!

38. I'm so glad someone else saw SNL. West was horrible. I was setting there thinking, "Man, I hope someone else see's this, I could not believe how bad he was. Does he really think he can sing." Bad, real bad. And did anyone else think he looked like Michael Jackson in his Thriller day's?

41. hahaha, I accidentally caught a minute or so of his uhhh, performance last night and I was so shocked at how tone deaf he sounded and how AWFUL a dancer he is. Honestly he looked more like he was having a seizure. I never have liked him at all personally, but I have no idea why SNL would want this talentless crybaby to wreck their show.

As far as lip syncing, the ability to SING in person is what separates the real singing talent from the manufactured talentless caricatures that now pass as artists.

44. This guy has never had a positive message to pass along rapping or otherwise. Like so many other rappers it's mostly trash, with no substance, and zero morality. You take Kanye West and couple his attitude, with his ego and this is the result, really disgusting noise polution! I haven't liked this guy since his "President Bush Hates Black People" remark made a long while back. Ever since then, he whines, moans, and complains about issues that are only important to Kanye himself. He's a racist talentless piece of trash,... the world would be a better place without the likes of him.
