College football officials have hand picked David Hasselhoff to sing the National Anthem at the Pioneer Las Vegas Bowl this Saturday. Wait, is there a Las Vegas in Germany?
Organizers, in an attempt to justify this decision, have pointed out Hasselhoff is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as "the most watched television star in the world."
In all fairness to the Hoff, it'll probably be more exciting than actually watching BYU take on U of A.

18. Greetz from Hamburg Germany- and no, there's no German Las Vegas. :) I do agreethat DH was huge over here when I was a teen - yes, I even have his record and loved KnightRider. But seriously, he hasn't been seen or heard from in years -not even KR reruns, as far as I know.
