Ed McMahonFear not little children, Ed McMahon won't be homeless on Christmas.

TMZ has learned Foreclosure Trackers, an Orange County company, has negotiated a new mortgage loan for Ed that will allow him to be able to make the mortgage payments -- and not get kicked to the curb.

McMahon's home fell into foreclosure earlier this year. At one point, Donald Trump stepped in to help, but that fell through.

Ed's rep had no comment.

4. Johnny Carson would be rolling over in his grave if he knew Ed McMahon was desuetude, and nearly homeless. What happened to all those" "Here's Johnny/" Ed was supposed to be our entire uncle, and be rich, and wise. Instead we are left with the lie of fast Hollywood money, where Ed is a semi-threat to all our homelessness this Christmas.

7. Why does an 85-year old man even NEED a heavily mortgaged $5 million house? I mean, what the hell for?
Ed should have bought a nice condo in Toluca Lake 25 years ago.....and paid for it in cash. He COULD have, back in those days.

He used Ed Mcmahon's financial problems to get publicity; he publically promised to help out this man, then privately cut him loose once he'd gotten his publicity. 15. This would not be a problem, if it weren't for Ed's money addicted wife. She's spending him into the poorhouse; their house is in foreclosure, yet she's out spending him money like there's no tomorrow.

Ed: dump the bitch. She's the reason you've got all these problems. Dump her, sue her to recover the money she stole from you and then retire to an old folks home. But, first, make her life a living nightmare.
