What's wrong with carrying your dog in a bag sometimes? It's handy in some places, especially where they really shouldn't be pooping, and anyone that has owned a dog knows that you can never have complete control over that.

This sweet dog only has two hind legs. Hence the name karoo. Be kind and find out the whole story.

I may be wrong about which two legs the dog has but Hilary was on Ellen's show and explained how it gets around just fine, I suppose not fine enough to go for a doggy walk.

Good grief! That dog's big enough to be put on a leash, not carried in a bag for a chijuajua!

The pup looks very safe and secure, Hilary (a very beautiful lady I might add) is just taking care of her friend.
