Larry Rudolph is her manager. Her Manager is the one who talks to everyone, handles her pay, and her appearances.

62. I feel her father should get a little bit of money for managing Britney's affairs, however he is her father. Parents are suppose to be there for their children through the good and the bad, and to help them succeed. I am sure Britney takes care of her dad; I am sure he does not want for anything. Why would he charge her so much?? That is just unreal to me. He has done a great job helping her get her life back on track, but I must say that Britney deserves more credit. Sure her father helped her get straightened out, however its up to Britney to keep herself that way. She has been a strong woman, and myself as her fan I am very proud of her accomplishments, and I think she is wonderful. She has made it to the top once again. We are all proud of you Britney!!!

68. This was written obviously to cause outrage, however classless that is. I think everyone knows that Britney was out of control and obviously ill and was as close to absolute destruction of her entire life than one could get. Her father steps in to save her life and to make her better and get her back to where she was in her career. He has done an exceptional job as far as I am concerned. The monies that her father collects from Britney is NOT a lot of money in Britney's world. In OUR world, it seems to be a lot of money. You have to remember that her father gave up HIS entire life and career to help HER, which includes his ability to make money.

71. I think the brother has managed her appearances, etc. Jamie has his hands full with everything else Britney. No small task I am sure. You have to remember, her father is her manager now. If bringing in help was necessary, it is what it is. Let's remember too that Britney is not some incoherent individual (as she was before). If she thought she was being taken advantage of, she'd protest this...no doubt.

72. Point blank: it's family. It is the responsibility of a father to help his children when they are in need, regardless if they are or are not famous. Yes, Britney Spears is a celebrity, but the bottom line is that she will always be the daughter to a father whose fundamental purpose in life, once he brought a new life into this world (whether by choice or chance) , is to do his very best to provide the best care and support possible to his child...free of charge.

73. Whatever. Those saying that her father should not be accepting her money must be smoking something. Britney is a business woman and he is working for her. That's the same as saying that if I owned a business I was unable to maintain, that my father should quit his job and take over my company *free of charge* to fix my screw ups. So yes, he should get something for being the brain in rejuvenating her career and helping HER to maintain HER lifestyle. Some of you act as if she were dead broke and her father was charging her room & board.
