Accused tax cheat and possible flight risk Helio Castroneves just got his walking papers...but he won't go far.
The judge in Helio's criminal case is giving the speed racer his passport back for 24 hours....but he can't leave the country. You see, Helio is not a U.S. citizen and he needs a passport to get his driver's license renewed -- it's kinda part of the job requirement.
