Kate Walsh: It Was Over Before You Thought!

Kate Walsh has filed her own divorce papers, and she's sayin' the marriage was over before her hubby even knew.

In papers filed this afternoon in L.A. County Superior Court, Walsh says she and Alexander Young separated on November 17. Alex, who filed for divorce earlier this month, claims in his papers they separated on November 22. Maybe he should have gotten the clue at dinner on November 20 when the maitre d' announced, "Young, party of one."

Neither party wants spousal support. They married on September 1, 2007. Both agree the marriage is kaput due to "irreconcilable differences."

16. Kate just wanted to bang her co-star and thought it would be ok, being a hollywood b-list actress and all infedelity was her norm. All the award shows and .... oh I almost forgot a very bad TV show, needed her undevided attention. So why not sacrifice a marriage for a fling, a failed TV show and all those opportunities to be in the lime light. For when PP fails and is eentually cancelled, who will know her other then as a cast off from Grey's Anotomy another failing show. Oh Addison we hardly knew you. Well at least she has Cadilac commercials to look forward to. Good move hub you would have dealt with a wife whose best work is with her co-star off camera. Now we can wait with baited breath to see kate on DWTS banging with Maks.

19. like my tag says ...................are you kidding me?! Who the hell are these people and why do we care? Now if they had a baby that's news! Worldwide news!!!!!!!!!!!! Apparently it would be. I really hope all catch the sarcasm in that because I'd venture to guess that at least 60% of the people that read this story first had the thought "are you kidding me, who are they?" I can't believe I even took this much time to cast a response to this, but what can I say, it's christmas and I'm bored! So happy christmas to all and to Kate. . . I hope the next marriage that you are in by next xmas works out alot better than this one! LOL, you poor overpublisized joke! I bet you wish you had your privacy now!

20. Just to be in the Christmas spirit a little bit, I will stop with the bashing! You people do not know her so why are you bashing her? More marriages don't work out than they do, so what? You move on! Not the end of the world!
I do feel bad for Kate . I also noticed most of the comments are from men. You don't know who she is because she is in "Chick shows". If a man watches Grey's Anatomy or PP that they must be something wrong with them.
Plus you wish your wife would look half as good as her in her 40's!
