42. I recently heard it was illegal to dump ashes, and that permission was needed and had to be 3 nautical miles offshore. Maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong. I know ALOT of people just dump them, as I would do if asked, so I'm not condemning anyone for dumping ashes in the ocean or in someones back yard. But, if it is true, then pictures of the President disregarding the rules will open up a whole new can of worms. Stay tuned folks ;)
