Kid Does Bottle Service -- Not Community Service

Since when was drinking Jim Beam considered community service?

Kid Rock recently went ballistic on his blog when a judge refused to allow him to use his live performances in Iraq as community service for his Waffle House assault. But when you look at these pics of Kid taken on a military C-17, it's pretty clear the only thing being serviced is his liver.

For his part, Kid did travel to Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo and Germany and performed for more than 10,000 troops.

31. and FYI he is a great guy stop looking at his so called bad boy image and look at the person. Who cares if he was drinking or wasnt drinking its stupid really. Its just something for TMZ to put on here because they have no stories. What business is it of the world who is drinking on planes and who isnt? and it does just look like he is clowning around anyways but even if he did open the whole bottle and drink it all which i doubt he did who the hell cares?

32. If you had a child in Iraq or Afghanistan maybe you'ld appreciate what he's done for our troops. He does more public service supporting our troops than he does picking up trash along the highways. If you're too ignorant to see the good he does for our boys and you don't think what he does for our boys is worth credit than YOU are the f***ing loser!!

33. I love Kid Rock and have seen him live many times. He puts on an unbelievable show and I think it's really great that he takes the time to entertain our troops. He is giving back and has done so before. I think he is a truly talented musician and seems like a really kind man..........Would love to meet him one day!

34. ok why are people so stupid u may be right he was treated differently then the average person cuz the average person was the one who asked if they could serve community service time to entertain the troops and hang out with them the judge would have def. let them but kid was treated unfairly bcuz he is kid rock and the judge prolly doesnt like him... whats more of a service putting on a show and entertaining the men who are fighting for us or picking up trash

36. Its obvious that the Kid Rock bashers do not know what they are talking about. The Kid is nominated for TWO Grammy's this year.....has a number one hit WORLD wide....and when you can jump from one venue to another and still have number one hits thats called TALENT. Yes indeed he started out in rap, but what the hell else do you do starting out in Detroit? He has grown and come into his own as a song writer as well as a artist. You go Kid...you deserve it.

37. I live in MIchigan and I really like Kid Rock but he seems to be getting a little out of control like many other celebs. I mean partying and just acting like a idiot.
