32. Another washed up, out of work, never was, C List actor trying to survive in todays economy when the money runs out. This recent alarming rise in haberdashery crime is worth noting also. The Burbank police probably have their hands full talking NBC employees from jumping off the studio roof in desperation; they certainly shouldn't have to be bogged down with the actions of a felonious Tam shammer. Since all Hollywood connected crimes have exotic names, like the Black Dahlia, couldn'r we name this one the case of the Fleeing Fedora? Seriously folks, get a life. Who cares/ Whats the matter TMZ, no Lohan/Spears/ Cruise news because of the holidays, so you resort to this type of investigative reporting to fill the bottom of your birdcage with? Give me a break. What a waste of bandwidth.

35. TMZ is not showing the whole video. We don't see Marty coming in. The story says he came into the store with other of his own hats, probably these are the hats he came in with and put them down there. This edited video is not telling the whole story on purpose to make Marty look bad.

37. back in the 80's i was working for one of the large camera companies - we received a call from Marty Ingels, who was ostensibly working on a "charity" event, and wanted some swag from us; THEN, he starts getting greedy and wants all kinds of freebies (cameras, lenses, etc.) for HIMSELF. needless to say, he got pretty nasty with me on the phone, started the old "do you have any IDEA who i am?" routine, that is, until i put my boss on the phone with him, who basically told him in MUCH more colorful words than this, to "beat it".......Mr. Selfish didn't end up getting anything from us.

39. I actually went out with Mary Ingels...ONCE..when I was about 22 or 23,,and he was a total a***hole. All he talked about all night was his then ex-first wife and how hurt he was that she left him (can't imagine why???)!

He was totally narcissistic and boring as all hell. I have no idea in the world why Shirley Jones married that looser..although..apparently they have split and reconciled many times and her sons hate him. He is not a nice person at all and totally full of himself. He has been sponging off of her all of these years. A really despicable person.

I met him when a boyfriend of my roommate, who was a very good friend of his, fixed me up with some other looser and we went to see his opening night of his night club act. Afterwards he sat with us and asked my roommates boyfriend for my number.

I think I went out with him the next night... a waste of time..but a good story anyway.

41. Hey, I just looked at the video. I hope the viewers and voters realize that the hat Ingels puts on his head and walks out the store with - IS HIS OWN HAT!!!! The hat in question is not really visible. So I voted NO shoplifting. I just read Ingels response..I think this case will be thrown out.

42. Shirley married too quickly after she lost Jack Cassidy.

From what I understand, Jack had a bad nervous breakdown and he was the one who wanted the divorce because he thought it would have been too had for everybody to be around him.

Shirley calls jack the 'love of her life' til this day.

What does Shirely do, SHE BRINGS IN MARTY!

I understand not wanting to be alone.
It certainly can't be worth everything that MARTY has put her through.
