19. Who cares. They are outside. Besides, only Americans really freak out over smoking. In most countries people just don't think it is that big of a deal.

20. OMFG who cares! So what! You posters are up in arms over this woman smoking OUTSIDE near her OWN child but there are people starving in YOUR OWN COUNTRY! What a bunch of hypocrites! I bet none of you ever drink or smoke or swear or eat fattening foods in front of your own child right? You're prolly a bunch of crack heads selling your childs toys so you can get your fix. Worry about this woman's child but let your neighbours starve beside you?? What a typical "American" attitude you all have. You all make me sick! And I don't smoke and I have four children, so I am not just blowing smoke outta my azz!

22. Oh Well! If the child had been shopping smoke could be everywhere no one's allowed to smoke inside buildings anymore, anyway....... So should we talk about the people we don't know standing outside having a smoke too. There's probably children around them too............... What about the recession n AMERICA!!!!!!!

25. i didn't even know she smoked... and if she is doing it and breastfeeding (i dunno, some comments have said so), then that's wrong, and she knows it...
the greatest thing my 1st pregnancy did for me was help me to quit... the smell alone turned me off, and til today cigarettes smell that same awful way...
one thing i hate to see is pregnant women smoking, and women smoking while pushing strollers, although in that case at least its outside with the wind blowing...
my 13 cents...

26. Anyone saying who cares must have been living under a ROCK for the past 20 years. Second hand smoke is really dangerous, especially for children. It is especially nasty that she is still smoking if she is breast feeding. Patti, you are obviously a whackjob, spouting off about the US and a bunch of issues that most all countries have right now, as well. What would you have Americans do, wring their hands and wail all day, every day over national and international problems? And you have NO idea what anyone here has done to help hungry people, you sanctimonious bitch.
This is REALLY disappointing to see. I don't care if they are outside, it is too close to her child. Its also a really bad example to set for her daughter.
