This site and a few others initially reported that a door had been left unlocked but the olice has since denied this.

Not that it would matter all that much. The guy(s) evidently came there with the intention to rob. How else would someone get past the gate.

Parlux has reported a 43% increase this year, much of it due to Paris's new cologne "Fairy Dust".
Someone else posted that sales for the new cologne topped $90 million even before the Christmas season started.

why don't you investigate then break the story that she orchestrated the break in and with an aquaintance. who hired a kid to pull off the B&E to drum herself up some publicity over the holiday season and keep her name in the spotlight. My bet is that you won't!. that 2008 was a year of less than average press for Paris and she'll do anything to keep her name out there.

26. O.k Paris Hilton is a cUPID stUNT and is too busy out getting drunk and laid on camera to lock up and put on the alarm or get a guard dog instead of that rat on a pink leash, so she deserves to get hit. She has several roof's over her head to cry in!

Now that she's free and single, back "on the make, er, I mean market" she's probably needing lots of excitement to make up for all the down time with Benji and being out of her "beloved limelight" for all those painful months.
