32. Children,children stop it.....wtf Carmen.....wtf....I used to work for the guy before I went on with my life.He is an honest, fair, helpful,maybe a bit crazy(aren't we all).....but a real dude. I knew what was going on in the office,like all employees did. He is so transparent that i wish all bosses would be like him. But Carmen ain't no angel.....remember when you used to get drunk at the company parties...do you remember? yeah....ok...so knock it off, go on with your school and enjoy the cars, you and your mom received....that's not nice.....and i ain't Neil....funny how Karma sounds like Carmen...i think you should drop it and go on with your life.....if needed i will testify against you in court...i am fellowing the situation..btw thank you TMZ for this, now the whole world knows she is a ho fo sho....shoot dang.

36. What ! the hell man. I use to work for Leeds Mattress in the early day. Neil is harmless if you can put up with the rants. I remember people being fired on Monday at closing. Then he would call them the next day and say why arent you at work. I don't know anything about him giving some woman money. Considering the guy has no real friends. Working at Leeds is a hard gig. Most of the worker aren't qualifiend. You have illegal immigrants, drunks, the young and the loosers, addicts,
gamblers, Oh, I do remember Neil paying us for years cash on paydays under the table. That was excellent ! I feel sorry for the people that are still there. You have to put up with his bipolar behavior or something. I am not a doc. But damn it was
not the norm. I don't miss the 3 hour meetings, and watering flowers daily because of Neils OCD. The only people that stay at Leeds longer than a week. Are the deadbeats of society. That place is hell. I am sorry but I had to tell the truth.

Now i don't know about all of leeds employees being losers ,maybe a few,but most of us were decent folk just trying to earn a living and provide for our familys.Its funny though at how much an employee will put up with.Actualy its not funny at all,rather sad and very weird.
For those of you who aren't familar with Neils brand of wackiness here's a little taste.Maybe he does suffer from OCD and could be bipolar,he has admited to using coke.Either way the man was a non-stop drama queen.As the chief pointed out he would hold company meetings 3 hours long in which he could rant for hours talking in circles .His favorite past time was running up and down the office hall yelling at contractors ,employees and any unfortunate that got in his paranoid way.He would find jesus ,make employees hold hands and listen to his sermons,lose jesus and fire the same employees.But alas thats just the tip of the iceberg.
As far as the lawsuit with Carmen is concerned, SHE DESERVES EVERY LAST CENT .She told that madman she had a boyfriend and he still wouldnt leave her alone .How would you like to be in her place ,trying to keep a job and while having this maniac force gifts on you ? Most of his Neils harrasment involves threatening to fire employees ,and yet they still stay ,Carmens was taking the gifts of being forced out of a position she worked so many years to achieve

You are too nice for your own dam good and you trusted stupid people knowing they didnt care for or about you...Yet, know that I KNOW the TRUTH and working in that office with you and Carmen, I KNOW you did NOTHING wrong, NEVER NOT ONCE DID NEIL HARRASS OR DISRESPECT CARMEN! Yes, he was "in love" with her, but he NEVER insulted or touched her...Which makes me think WHY is Carmen not suing all the employees or co-workers at Leeds? Hmm i can name tons of them who would not only TALK dirty to her but whom she allowed to HUG and SQUEEZE and Feel up on her...yes! Sales, warehouse employees, drivers hmmm need I go on? We all know that this is BULL! Carmen did not have enough with the 2Lexus cars, a diamond earring,bracelet,necklace set, THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of FREE $$$!!! an AMEX card and good recommendations that were NOT deserved! Oh yeah and it wasnt enough for Neil to give her boyfriend (shameless just like her) his job back to support her ass! noooope guess all that money was not enough for her to buy her dream home in Fresno! Yes, times are hard but dammit woman get some self respect and dignity! I see your mothers hard work to teach you morals and values was in vain! You dont deserve a penny more from Neil, have your love Ronnie support you! Put that schooling to work and go get a job! We all know you TOOK advantage of Neil and his admiration for you, you would enjoy every second of attention you received or else you would not have came to work dressing like a slut, TIGHT jeans showing off a camel-toe and letting all the gutt hang out? not to menting the tube tops with the DD's hanging out, wearing NO bra at times? letting your thing pop out? oooh yeah and allowing all the sales reps that came to the office along with Azael and Harold and the drivers and maybe even there momma TOUCH and FEEL up on you! yeeeeah poor you! I didnt notice all the pain and suffering you were being caused, maybe it was because you would come in late? or leave early? or was it the 2hour lunches? or maybe because you would ask myself or Estela to ask Neil for things because YOU knew he would give and do WHATEVER you wanted?...Neil I hope you have learned something from all this AND NO MATTER WHAT......DO NOT SETTLE OUT OF COURT!!! As we all know that is EXACTLY what Carmen is looking for, more FREE $$$ this is not about sexual harassment or about her being "traumatized"! I dont understand HOW and WHY she worked with Neil for more than 3-4years if this was such a disturbing problem...not to mention the fact that she left her previous job and moved to Leeds KNOWING that Neil had feelings for her since as she once told me, they had a previous "friendship" from when she worked at the Dry Cleaners where Neil was a customer! and why did it take soooo long from when she "quit" to file a law suit? Dammmit Carmen you really really really have NOOOOOOO SHAME!!! Its ridiculous and I cant wait to read and hear and see what KARMA brings your way and how God will let justice work out for you in life, and when that happens I feel sorry for you!
