oh my god! Rita, what in all hell do you have to say for your self when Anna wants Howard to mess with parents and says to him, “Just say: Mom, dad, I’ve come out of the closet.” and Howard responds with, “You know what, my parents have endured enough stress already. They don’t need anymore.” Anna: “Just do it for a joke.” Howard: “Hell no”

Rita, if you had any idea what was smart for you, you would BEG Howard to settle with you right now. ..But of course, what was it that your former colleague Keith Olberman had to say about you again? “Rita is dumber than a suitcase of rocks.”

OK, I am just now at #69 in the Hatchette's Summary for Judgment
files but some contract/affidavit discrepancies.


1. After a few days, publisher requests something unreported
2. Agent gives 2 clues (only 1 remembered) with a 'holy sh!t' effect
3. Publisher in affidavit states the holy sh!t was not the reasoning
behind the agreement, In other words #16 request unreported facts,
#21 states not the reason for publishing #24 Hatchette's offer was
contingent with the 'holy sh!t' factor as evidenced in the contract
as well. #21 seems false.

Howard K. Stern is reportedly about to make bank over Anna Nicole Smith -- by giving a "tell-all" interview to "Entertainment Tonight" -- just days after Anna's death.

The buzz is that "ET" forked over a cool $1 million for the exclusive interview, which begins airing in segments tonight, but exact details of the deal remain secret. TMZ was unable to confirm that, but it's a safe bet it's a large number. The interview takes place during Howard's flight from Florida to the Bahamas to secure Dannielynn.

In a preview clip posted on YouTube, Stern is seen "crying" over Anna's death while bleating lines like, "I just want her to be with Daniel, I hope that they're happy ... she was such a wonderful person."

But Stern demonstrated his priorities lean to cash, not blood, by sweeping into the island nation egregiously late, cry crocodile tears for the TV cameras.

Clutching little Dannielynn's snoozing body as if for the first time, which it probably was, he wailed on cue. But his eyes looked dry.

"This is the only piece of Anna I have left!" Stern declared, using an unfortunate choice of words, considering Anna's randy reputation and the baby's tender age.

This loving daddy waited more than two days to stage this reunion. Even then, he hinted that his appearance was forced by events. "I wouldn't even be here now," he said, "but I had to bet back to Dannielynn."

Had to get back? A real, concerned dad would return to his motherless child in seconds.

It did not take long for Howard to reveal that his most passionate feelings tend not toward his dead girlfriend, for he was on record as being Anna Nicole's latest, nor toward his would-be daughter.

86. One of the doc*uments is a copy of an email message sent by attorney Tracy Ferguson to Howard Stern, Ms. Smith’s partner, and the man she says is the father of her young baby daughter.

Ms. Ferguson, whose firm Callenders & Co. represented Ms. Smith at one point, says in the message dated October 10 that she stands by her assertions that Mr. Stern invited "even entreated me" to make a false declaration to the registrar general to the effect that the deed to American developer Ben Thompson was sent for processing in error.

Deputy Supreme Court Registrar Ernie Wallace is scheduled to hear an application today whereby Mr. Thompson’s attorney Godfrey "Pro" Pinder is seeking to have him declared the rightful owner of the house known as Horizons.

"This is entirely consistent with your apparent predilection to make false utterances when it suits your purpose," Ms. Ferguson writes.

She goes on to say that at the request of her law partner, Michael Scott, she wrote to Mr. Stern and told him that in no way would the firm "be a party to a false declaration on your part that the immigration minister did not receive the cheque drawn on this firm’s account payable to the Public Treasury in the amount of $10,000. You and I are both aware of the fact that I delivered the cheque to Shane Gibson which I did in your presence and at your direction."

Immigration Minister Shane Gibson has repeatedly denied that he accepted the cheque personally to pay for the permanent residency of Ms. Smith. Immigration authorities have said that she was granted permanent residency based on the fact that she bought a million-dollar house in The Bahamas.

Ms. Ferguson writes to Mr. Stern, "I have discussed this exchange with Michael and he is appalled that you as a lawyer would seek to twist the facts to suit your convenience even to the extent of making false statements when you deem it appropriate to do so. We are incensed at your continuing conduct of belittling me and Michael and the firm, particularly behind our back. Howard, this is improper and simple cowardice."
