Rita to Anna's Men: Nothin' Wrong with Gay Sex

The famous "Seinfeld" line, "Not that there's anything wrong with that" is forever part of the pop culture lexicon. And if Rita Cosby has her way, it will be a legal defense, too.

Cosby claimed in her questionable Anna Nicole Smith book that Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern had a sexual tryst -- which was allegedly videotaped. Stern has filed a defamation lawsuit against Cosby.

Now...in a response filed earlier this month, Cosby says her claims can't be defamatory because "engaging in a homosexual tryst, even if videotaped, does not reflect poorly on someone and in the 21st Century it most certainly is not a 'criminal lewd act.'" Cosby should bottle her gall and sell it for $60 mil.

And speaking of $60 mil... that's how much Stern is suing Cosby and the publishers of her book "Blonde Ambition" for.

92. DIAZ: I completely agree. A huge shift that happened when we were in Florida, Virgie Arthur and Larry Birkhead were just best of buddies. They were hugging in the courtroom. And Howard K. Stern was the odd man out. Today, it was Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead, just two feet away from each other. They were talking during the procession. They were very, very friendly with each other and Virgie Arthur was the odd person out. I agree completely with Harvey. She's not going away any time soon. This is a fight she will keep fighting for months and years to come.

Makes no difference what anybody says, THERE IS NO TAPE AND NEVER WAS. Nobody can prove any statement made regarding the existance of this tape, it was a pure figment of the imagination, and dumb Rita printed it. What a numskull!
