Dane's Bro Pleads Not Guilty to Looting
Darryl McCauley, brother of "comedian" Dane Cook, just pled not guilty to stealing his own brother blind.
McCauley was charged with three counts of larceny and one count of forgery. McCauley was the VP of Great Dane Enterprises since the early 90's.
The official complaint does not name Dane, however, we've confirmed he's the alleged victim.
We're told McCauley allegedly pilfered a huge portion of Dane's fortune....in one case, transferring $3 million in a single check.
MCCauley's bail was set at $3 million. He's still in custody.
