I think Donatella looks much older, because she didn't protect her skin in the past and it looks like shoe leather...

I thought for sure Donatella was in her mid to late 60's!! She looks absolutely horrible. Her lips look like a blowfish, her boobs like two balloons glued to a skeleton with some skin still hanging off it. Helen, on the other hands, looks fabulous for 63!!
