A rep for the teen rapper says the incident took place at Soulja Boy's home Dec. 30th -- no one was injured.
In a online video released the next day, two masked dudes claimed responsibility for the attack, claiming it was just the two of them and one weapon.

17. I know what it is!! I've read a lot of his comments on youtube, and witnessed a lot of ppl hatin on him. I like him personally, his music is catchy, and I give him props for bein so young and havin so much success!! I got a 55 year old father who graduated from college and is working at freakin Hollywood Video. This boy was 17 and went from rags to riches virtually over night!! I say don't hate from him learn from him!! Ya'lll just mad because he gained success through an idea so simple, as posting a song and dance he made up on the internet!! Don't be mad, just get some music, make up a dance, and get yo money man!!! Then u to will have the pleasure of havin haters for no reason ya dig!!! Ok I'm done lol!!
