In 2006, Kier lost a three-year legal battle against Sega, after claiming they used her likeness in a video game. Kier had to pay over $600,000 for Sega's legal fees.
That's sucks that she lost that case, because that game (I think it was Bust-A-Groove) TOTALLY ripped her image off. Too bad she couldn't afford a lawyer like Sega had.
