Arquette's Romance No Longer True

Patricia Arquette has just filed for divorce.

In legal papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Arquette says her two-year marriage to Thomas Jane (who played Mickey Mantle in the HBO movie "61*") is kaput -- it's the ol' "irreconcilable differences."

They have a five-year-old daughter. And they have no prenup, which means Patricia's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, will come in handy. Wasser also recently filed on behalf of Kate Walsh too.

18. Wasn't she married to Nick Cage? I think she's the one who won't fix her teeth. She's only 5'1 and her family history is pretty shady. He's not that famous, but she's luck to have a hunk period.

19. He's the Real Frank Castle from the ORIGINAL "Punisher" movie...damn straight he's hot!! (esp the sweaty garage beating scene). Too Bad- Thought they were a great couple. Her family's early Hollywood- Her Grandpa played Uncle Charlie in "Pettycoat Jct"...how's that for Trivia!!!

The guy was arrested for drunk driving in March '08.
He could be a raging alcoholic and abuser for all we know.
