49. EXACTLY how many of YOU have experienced grand mal seizures? EXACTLY how many of YOU have ever had to deal with a child that is in the middle of a grand mal seizure? It's absolutely HORRIFIC what they experience during one, horrific. The medications for these seizures only have a certain amount of time within the system before their system starts to reject it. Plus, children normally have to go through blood test every 3-6 months because of the affects on the liver and kidneys from this medication. So BEFORE you go spouting off lies about John and Kelly not giving their child medication, educate yourself on the facts first. It has been stated that the medication STOPPED working for him. I'm sure they did not just pull him off without a physicians knowledge first.

My heart goes out to them.

Do a search for the police report and you'll see that while Jett was FOUND at 10AM he was "on his way" to the hospital by ambulance at 11:40AM -- what was going on for 1 hour and 40 minutes????????

53. Interesting read on the link that Numb provided... I am curious about this restaurant manager that is so upset with Travolta for not acknowledging Jett's autism. Doesn't sound as though he knows him very well having just met him... so how is it he knows what John & Kelly do regarding Jett's care (feeding him junk food and letting him play video games all day). Is he their neighbor? Their nanny? Something is not ading up THERE.

55. And this is why we will never know how Jim Morrison died either because there was no autopsy or if there was one, only the family knows. The fans are kept forever in the dark.

I was put on Depakote for one day and I laid on my bed staring at the ceiling and couldnt get up or move. Seizure medications are powerful and it turned out I wasnt having seizures.

My sympathy goes out to John and Kelly and their family.

58. all you people saying he died from neglect wrong he had two nannies when he wasn't with his parents which they had him with them all the time so you are all wrong about that two they took him off medication when it no longer was working for him and put him on another so your wrong there too.. So all you people sitting here writing comments about these people like you have tea with them every Sunday get your head out of your ass's and get a life. This child was seeing the best doctors in the world and had two parents who loved him no matter what kind if illness he had, to say they neglected him was just wrong. maybe you people were neglected.
