31. 25. Hmmmm............I thought Mr. Obama was all concerned about the everyday worker in America??? What do you think the Auto workers think about all this, especially since most of them are on the verge of loosing their jobs? I think given the state of the economy, he and his lovely family should be shown to live a little more frugally than all the vacations, private schools, etc. Am I wrong here ??

I never saw a republican change his lifestyle because of the economy. Obama made money from books he published, not from the taxpayer. If he were white, there wouldn't be this much hatred. Just saying..............

34. I think people who love their kids and can afford it do put their kids in private school . And I mean if they really can afford it. Public schools are awful nowadays. It's so much better to be in a private school. So I don't know why anyone would expect Obama to put his kids in public school.

35. For an annual tuition of about $28K each, those girls should be eating caviar. I live in the DC area, and find it amusing that all the liberal man-of-the-people presidents come in and then send their kids to the most elite private Quaker school in the area - yes, QUAKER. Gotta love it.

I believe that the point that is trying to be made here it that, our
TAX DOLLARS are paying for this school and these lunches, shouldn't
these children be fed what the TAX PAYERS children are fed, since we
are PAYING the bill for the school, snacks and lunches.
I BELIEVE that is the point that is TRYING to be made here, I could be wrong.

42. I didn't vote for Obama, but please leave these little girls alone. I didn't go to private schools and I did okay, I even have a Masters Degree, so it's not impossible to get an advanced degree and not attend private school, to each his own. But, I'm happy that Obama found a school that he thinks will be best for his children and thank goodess they have a good lunch. Leave them alone and let them go to school in peace.

Now when two little black girls go to a private school its a big deal. GET OVER THE RACISM people. A President's child is not going to go to a public school are you stupid, oh wait you must be because it came out of your stupid mouth. Think about it with hateful people like most of you in the world, who would do something to his kids just to get at him. Beachy mad because he/she probably falls in the category of minimal wagers and cannot stomach the fact that the Obamas studied, went to the best schools and can send their children to quality schools at the Bush, Cheney, Clintons and Kennedy. Obviously, according to Beachy the Obama girls shouldn't be awarded the same opportunities as the aforementioned people. Why don't you be honest with your disapproval.
