These young girls are completely out of bounds regarding your subject blogs! So what if they have a healthy menu at the private school where they will be attending school. So what if our first minority White House family is paying for a private education for their young daughters so they can grow-up somewhat normally with intimate friendships and have physical protection, i.e. not chased by the paparazzi who have no personal or professional boundaries or even worse?

The media left the underage children of our former Presidents alone and, as a taxpaying mother of a grown 21-year-old who attends a private university due to the fact his parents saved from the moment of conception, I expect you and the rest of the media to respect these young girls and LEAVE THEM ALONE!

89. Honestly....I think that it would send a good message to the american people if he did send his children to public school rather than a private snotty school. I can afford to send my children to private school but choose not to b/c private school is nothing like the real world. It is too sheltered and insular...i find that my friends that did go to private schools vs the public schcols are socially inept. THey have trouble talking to people that do not have trust funds and boat loads of money and even the ones that were able to go the private schools on merit scholarships are messed up b/c they felt inferior and carry a chip on their shoulder forever...never really feeling happy with what they have. Obama ran on the platform that he was a man of the people and then he turns around and sends his kids to very snotty stuck up private school that no "common middle class" man can afford to send their children too...the hypocrisy is already starting. No one complained that Bush and Clinton sent their kids to private schools b/c our economy was not in turmoil and they did not run on the platform of change and taxing the wealthy to help the poor and spreading the wealth...obama did. He is already showing his true colors...and this has nothing to do with his being black.. The secret service is very capable of protecting the Obama children at a public school so that is a lame excuse.

90. To all of the people screaming that the negative comments about Obama are because he's black, referencing the McCain rallies, etc...come on people, get OVER it. Good God, I did not vote for Barack Obama because I am a REPUBLICAN, not because he is black. I would not hesitate to vote for a black candidate if he were a member of my political party. Conversely, why did YOU guys vote for Obama? Was it 100% based on his political views, and you would have loved him whether he was white or black? Stop being such hypocrites...
