Kevin Federline's new chick isn't low rent -- she's no rent -- if you believe the landlord suing her for skipping out on her payments!

Sources tell TMZ Victoria Prince was booted from her Beverly Hills home back in September after she allegedly didn't pay rent for six months. We're told she struck a deal with her landlord to pay him back in installments, but she never made any of the payments.

Now, the landlord is suing Prince for $7500, but there's a catch -- nobody knows where to find her!

We're told her landlord tried to serve her where she works, but security wouldn't let the process server in. Try Vegas next?

Calls to Prince were not returned.

21. According Shar Jackson, kfed started to cheat on her after she asked him to look for a job because they did not have money to pay the rent. They were eventually evicted because kfed did not want to find a job. Now this victoria chick is probably selling her a--hole to kfed for rent.

25. Oh so another words she is the perfect match for Kevin, both deadbeats. Kevin has no income at all , his income is child support from Britney which should be going on the kids not for his cars, gf or house payment.

Kevin pays shar child support, where do you suppose that is coming from? BRITNEY! I guess kevins new gf will just be another person for Britney to support. I can not wait until the day Brit gets her kids back because the day it happens there will be no child support and once that happens Kevin will be up crap creek without a paddle
