He's used to saying "Show me your boobs" -- but now Joe Francis is saying "Show me the money."

We got Joe Francis today and asked about that $5 billion bailout he and Larry Flynt want for the porn industry from the Government -- and the "Girls Gone Wild" founder says he's personally driving his Prius to DC for the cold, hard cash.

48. What a douchbag. The guy thinks he is above paying taxes, but wants the government to give him other peoples tax money. How about taking the money you kept, by not paying your taxes, and use that?? This guy is going to DC and ask for our money, Then head back to one of his MANY million dollar homes... How about selling one of your homes, and donating that to the indusrty?? ANd Joe, your GGW series is not porn. IF I want to see porn. Im not going to waste my time watching a few girls show me their boobs. I mean come on. Thats like high school crap man. Grow a pair, and do some real porn.
